Complete Automotive Shop Solutions, Start to Finish

Running an automotive shop in Denver and across Colorado is demanding enough without managing multiple equipment vendors, contractors, and installers separately. That's why ODP Equipment built a concept-to-completion approach to shop buildouts and upgrades — one trusted partner, from initial layout through long-term maintenance.

Whether it's project management, shop development and optimization, or long-term equipment maintenance, our experienced team covers every aspect of your buildout so you can focus on running your business — not chasing down vendors.

 Step 1

Initial Consultation

We begin every shop buildout with a focused consultation to understand your operation, goals, and non-negotiables.

Whether you're redesigning an existing bay layout or planning a ground-up build, our team works closely with you to identify must-have equipment, workflow priorities, space constraints, and future growth plans — so the final layout fits how your shop actually operates, not a generic template.

Step 2

Collaboration with Contractors

We coordinate directly with your contractors to keep equipment specs aligned with building plans, utilities, and installation timelines — reducing the risk of costly delays or last-minute changes.

You'll also receive detailed architectural drawings of your facility, giving owners, contractors, and installers a shared, accurate roadmap from day one.

Step 3

Equipment Installation

Our team handles professional installation from delivery and placement through final calibration — so your equipment is set up correctly, safely, and ready to perform from day one.

By coordinating with your project timeline, ODP Equipment gets your bays operational quickly, installed to both manufacturer specs and industry standards.

Step 4

Hands-on Instruction

Installation is only half the job — we make sure your team knows how to use what they have. Our experts train your technicians directly on proper operation, safety protocols, and best practices in a real shop setting.

This hands-on training reduces errors, improves efficiency, and helps your team get productive from day one, not week three.

Step 5

Facility Resources

Having the right information at the right moment keeps your shop running. That's why every ODP shop buildout includes two resources built specifically for your facility:

Physical Facility Handbook

A custom, physical reference guide containing:

  • Manufacturer Manuals
  • Recommended Maintenance Schedules
  • Safety Guidelines
  • Troubleshooting References

All for every piece of equipment in your facility — all organized in one place so your team never wastes time searching for answers.

Interactive Digital Resources

This digital reference is created using our Interactive LiDAR Scan — powered by Matterport technology — which transforms your shop into a navigable digital environment where every piece of equipment is tagged with critical information.

Information provided for each piece of equipment can include:

  • Serial Number
  • Manufacturer Manual
  • Operational Video

Step 6

Maintenance After the Sale

Our commitment doesn't end at installation. ODP Equipment offers maintenance programs and post-sale services designed to keep your equipment running at peak performance — from routine inspections and preventative maintenance to on-call repair.

With ODP in your corner, your equipment investment stays protected, and unplanned downtime stays rare.
