Position Overview: We're looking for a permanent team member to join our Service Department! This position will start out as an apprentice lift inspector, equipment systems installer, and service repair technician. This position requires some travel with overnight stay for certain installations. Expect 7-9 hour days with some overtime. ODP services all of Colorado.


Responsibilities and Duties:

• Assembling automotive lifts/installing service equipment such as work benches, parts shelving, air & lube reels and all other associated automotive equipment.

• Repairing tools and equipment used in an auto repair facility.

• Will need a strong work ethic and motivation

• Ability to perform manual labor and use hand and power tools such as roto-hammer drills

• Ability to complete paperwork and maintain records.

• Ability to work in diverse conditions at various sites including exposure to the outdoors, weather in all seasons, most jobs are covered and inside.

• Other duties as assigned

 

Qualifications and Skills:

• High School Diploma or GED preferred but not required

• A valid driver’s license and SS card

• Must be able to travel to and from our shop in Golden or meet at job location of the day.

• Must be able to pass a criminal background check

• Good balance and physical strength with the ability to lift, push and carry 50 – 100 pounds

Position Overview: We are excited to offer a paid internship position for an aspiring Lidar Survey and Data Integration Specialist. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in conducting on-site surveys using a lidar camera, alongside other software tools, to collect comprehensive asset data. This position offers a unique opportunity to not only gather data but also to be instrumental in developing a streamlined process for moving this data into CAD/Revit and various marketing-focused 3D software platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct detailed on-site surveys using lidar cameras and supplementary technology.

  • Collaborate closely with our team to refine and enhance data collection methodologies.

  • Develop and optimize processes for integrating collected data into CAD/Revit and other 3D visualization software.

  • Identify and implement improvements in our data collection and processing workflows.

  • Engage creatively with technology to explore new applications and opportunities for our data.

Qualifications:

  • Current enrollment in or recent graduation from a program in surveying, engineering, architecture, or a related field.

  • Strong foundational knowledge in CAD/Revit and other 3D modeling software.

  • A creative mindset with a knack for problem-solving and process optimization.

  • Ability to work independently and drive project components with minimal supervision.

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic team environment.

  • Prior experience with lidar technology and data collection is a plus but not required.
