Stertil-Koni's inground telescopic piston DIAMONDLIFT set a new industry standard for inground lifts. This high-pressure, telescopic piston lift rises 73 inches and can lift 140,000 pounds. I ts mechanical locking system ensures ultimate safety.
It’s also environmentally smart. The DIAMONDLIFT uses just five gallons of hydraulic oil per piston. Thoughtful engineering ensures the hydraulic fluid stays contained above ground in a free-standing, easy-to-access console. That makes servicing the lift convenient and protects the environment.
This lift can be configured for any shop, whether it’s new, undergoing renovation or in challenging conditions. It can also be adjusted to work with almost any vehicle. DIAMONDLIFT’s Continuous Recess movable lifting system prevents damage to undercarriages, which makes it ideal for vehicles with low ground clearance.
DIAMONDLIFT is also equipped with our free-standing, touchscreen eBright Smart Control System. With just a glance or a touch of the screen, technicians can monitor and operate the lift, plus keep track of needed service and maintenance.
DIAMONDLIFT is available in two, three and four-piston configurations; each piston can lift 35,000 pounds.

The DIAMONDLIFT is Stertil-Koni's state-of-the-art high-pressure telescopic piston lift. Optimum flexibility, productivity, durability and safe for the environment. The DIAMONDLIFT is available in a variety of configurations with 2, 3 or 4 piston configurations and two installation models: The DIAMONDLIFT Cassette and the DIAMONDLIFT Frame.
Both models are available in either a two, three or four piston configuration, with 32,000 lbs. or 35,000 lbs. per piston (depending on model), or a total of 140,000 lbs. in the four-piston configuration respectively. The lifting capacity of 30,000 lbs. per piston, makes the DIAMONDLIFT extremely versatile.

This version is engineered with a pre-fabricated, seamless steel cassette that is fully contained thanks to its unique DiamondGuard protection - eliminating any concerns about electrolysis, corrosion and workshop fluids. Travel ranges available from 10 ft., 13 ft, and 17ft.
FRAME
Specifically engineered from concrete foundations, the DIAMOND "frame" is ALI certified, available in a two- or three-piston configuration, and ideal for replacement situations. It can be installed in existing pits, often delivering substantial time and cost benefits.
